THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing entitled, “Affordability and Accessibility: Addressing the Housing Needs of America’s Seniors.” The witnesses will be: Dr. Jennifer Molinsky, Project Director, Housing an Aging Society Program, Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University; Mrs. Audra Hamernik, President and CEO, Nevada HAND; Mr. Thomas Wade, Director of Financial Services and Housing Policy, American Action Forum; and Mr. Norbert J. Michel, Vice President and Director for the Center for Monetary and Financial Alternatives, Cato Institute; and Mrs. Shannon Guzman, MCP, Senior Strategic Policy Advisor, AARP Public Policy Institute.

Pursuant to guidance from the CDC and OAP, Senate office buildings are not open to the public other than official business visitors and credentialed press at this time.
